With this in mind, we provide on-the-job advanced appointment setting training. We devote at least 30 minutes each day to learning, inspiring, practicing, and role playing. This also explains why we donít use virtual offices; everyone is in one location and managers can train and offer input through a practice of MBWA (management by walking around).

Moreover, LGen operates according to the Total Quality Management philosophy. Our staff is organized according to client support teams and monitoring, supervision, and performance reporting is carried out at every level of production.
